Chat with your clients in the app
We know schedules change, and sometimes you can't claim job requests from existing customers as they clash with other commitments. That's where Chat comes in.
Your regular customers can message you within the Handy app to reschedule bookings directly, or request a new booking for a time you can make.
Once you've arranged a time they can book directly from the Chat message thread and you'll see the new request arrive in your Job Requests.
Chat Feature FAQs:
- Chat is only available with clients you have already worked with
- Clients must always send the first message
- Once they've started a conversation, you can message them any time
- Clients can reschedule or request new bookings directly from the chat feed
- You can accept or dismiss booking requests directly from the chat feed
- It's a good idea to update your profile photo in the app first!
